Welcome to TKQK. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms & Conditions") applies to your use of the TKQK platform and all its services. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms & Conditions. 1 General Terms

• A copy of your National ID card or passport may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• No one under the age of 18 is permitted to hold an account on TKQK.
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility.
• Using another person's account or transferring accounts is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on TKQK can be made via mobile banking, e-wallets, and bank transfers. Identity verification is mandatory before any transaction is processed.

• Minimum and maximum limits apply to deposit amounts.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
• Large withdrawals are not possible without completing KYC verification.
• The deposit method and withdrawal method do not have to be the same, but both must be linked to the same account.
• To prevent money laundering, TKQK monitors suspicious transactions and may place them on hold when necessary.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Each bonus has a fixed wagering multiplier (wagering requirement).

• Expired bonus offers will be cancelled automatically.

5 Prohibited Activities

6 Account Suspension & Closure

TKQK reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason. Likewise, users may request to close their account at any time.

• If a breach of terms is detected, your account may be suspended without prior notice.
• Your account may be temporarily suspended during an investigation.
• Users who wish to close their account must contact support.
• Any remaining valid balance at the time of account closure may be refunded, subject to conditions.
• A dedicated self-exclusion process is available for responsible gaming concerns.

7 Responsible Gaming

TKQK believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a guaranteed source of income. We care about the mental and financial well-being of our players.

• You can set your own deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits.
• Cooling-Off Period — you can take a break ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Activating self-exclusion will suspend account access for a specified period.
